New Day and New Location for the Next Woman's Club Blood Drive.

The MWC will sponsor the next American Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, March 31 from 11:30am to 5:30pm at the Wawatam Senior Center at the Lion Dan Russell building on Cedar St. Seniors and Lions Club members are also sponsoring the drive.

Our first Board meeting of the new year was held at the Mackinaw Area Public Library at 10:00a.m., on Monday, January 18. Eleven Officers and committee chairman began planning for the year. See "Minutes" for a summary of what transpired.

The Past Presidents Dinner will be held this year on Monday, May 3rd, at 'Neath the Birches. A social hour and registration will begin at 5:30pm, with dinner to follow at 6:00p.m.

The menu for this buffet dinner will feature Roast Beef, Whitefish, Baked Chicken, Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable, Au Gratin Potatoes, and Homemade Soup. A large salad bar will be included featuring Tossed Salad, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Bread Pudding, Fruit, and Bread.

There will be a cash bar. Price of the dinner will be $15.00 per person, which will include dinner, soft drink, ice cream dessert, tax, and gratuity. This is the restaurant's 40th season, and they have done some remodeling. More later to make reservations!
